VE Day Poem
VE Day is a day to celebrate,
The soldiers and their fate,
To those who had lost their lives,
In our minds they still survive,
On that day we still remember,
Everyone and every member,
On May 7th Germany did surrender,
To the attackers and defenders,
The bell rang for the first time in six years,
They fought for us even with their fears,
VE Day will be remembered for more years
